Sheng Yuanjun, born in 1997 in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, currently works and lives in Hangzhou. He graduated from the China Academy of Art in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree and has been pursuing a Master's degree at the China Academy of Art since 2022. Sheng Yuanjun focuses on and shapes the dramatic moments in everyday life, exploring the relationship between the body and space, as well as society. He engages in continuous discussion and creation through self-organization, field investigations, and participation in organized art actions and projects. His work encompasses performance, video, installations, and painting. His artworks have been exhibited in numerous museums and art institutions both domestically and internationally.
